Multiple intelligence and Teaching for Understanding

The study of neuroscience has magnificently changed the commonly understandings on congnition and emothinal development related to learning. As a distance learning researcher and practitioner, I have participated Teaching for Understanding and Teaching with Technology courses and plan to attend more learning programs hosted by Harvard University's Graduate School of Education.

TfU serial courses were created based on Teaching for Understanding framework that was developed by researchers of Project Zero at Harvard Graduate School of Education between 1989 and 1996 and Gardner's multiple intelligence theory. The framework is a tool to design curriculum and instruction that focus on better understanding from students.
