Tibet Advanture

Tibet, one of the most mysterious place in the world!

My husband and I started the Tibet advanture with three friends in summer, 2004. We chose the warmest season of the year because other than that season, Tibet area is covered by snow most of the time. Even in summer, we had experienced snow and icy weather in highland during that trip.

Not many people could imaging the beauty of an undiscovered nature and the wonder of a zero distance contact with the native people. During the 15-day trip, we drove up to snow mountain summit then drove down to the valley just for a touch of the glacier; we've seen one of the world's biggest high mountain lake; we visited the strange houses of Tibetan; we drove hours and hours on plain green land where no human could be seen miles away only permafrost lying in a remote distance; we gave Coca Cola to families of a Tibetan Buddhist who had been crawling toward the Holly land for three years; we've arrived the most impoverished Lamaist county in China and their splendid Lamaseries; we witnessed devout disciples printed the Scriptures manually in a 300 years old temple that was built in the mountain at an elevation of one hundred and fifty thousand feet.

Here are several photos from the unforgetable memory.
